Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an experienced Account Executive to join one of our healthcare services clients. This individual will play a key role in developing strategic partnerships with healthcare organizations and driving business growth through the sale of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) solutions. The ideal candidate is a motivated sales professional with a strong background in healthcare BPO, revenue cycle management, and complex solution selling.
This position requires exceptional communication, presentation, and critical-thinking skills, as well as the ability to build relationships with decision-makers and guide prospects through the sales cycle from initial outreach to long-term partnership.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect and generate new business opportunities through cold calling and outbound sales efforts.
Identify, engage, and establish relationships with prospective healthcare clients.
Drive opportunities through the sales funnel, converting leads into long-term customers.
Present and communicate BPO service offerings through meetings, presentations, emails, and other client interactions.
Educate prospective clients on the benefits and value of outsourcing solutions.
Assess client needs, identify challenges, and recommend tailored solutions.
Meet and exceed established revenue goals and sales objectives.
Gather information regarding project scope, budgets, timelines, and business requirements.
Collaborate with internal leadership and operational teams to align client expectations with service delivery.
Track, document, and maintain all sales activities within a CRM system.
Attend networking events, industry conferences, and client meetings to generate and nurture business relationships.
Travel as needed for introductory, discovery, and relationship-building meetings.

Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree required.
Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience with a focus on complex, consultative solution selling.
Minimum 3 years of experience within the Customer Experience (CX) and/or Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry.
Minimum 3 years of healthcare industry experience, preferably supporting Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) environments.
Strong understanding of Revenue Cycle Management processes and healthcare operations.
Knowledge of contact center delivery models, headcount planning, FTE management, and productivity-based billing structures.
Proven ability to manage and coordinate cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities effectively.
Demonstrated commitment to professional excellence, accountability, and business ethics.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience selling healthcare outsourcing, contact center, revenue cycle, or managed services solutions.
Established network within healthcare provider organizations, payers, or healthcare service organizations.
Experience working with enterprise-level healthcare clients and executive stakeholders.
