Job Description
A client of Insight Global is seeking an IT Administrator to oversee daily IT operations and provide hands-on technical support across the office. This individual will be responsible for managing the internal ticketing system, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, and ensuring all systems remain secure and operational in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
Key Responsibilities;
Manage and respond to incoming IT support requests through the ticketing system
Diagnose and troubleshoot desktop, laptop, printer, and network issues
Provide in-office technical support for employees and leadership
Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and user accounts
Support onboarding/offboarding processes (account setup, access, equipment)
Maintain and monitor network systems, including Wi-Fi connectivity and basic infrastructure
Ensure system updates, patches, and antivirus protections are up to date
Assist with data security efforts, including protecting sensitive financial and client data
Document IT processes, troubleshooting steps, and system configurations
Escalate complex issues to external vendors or MSPs when necessary

Required Skills & Experience
- 1-2+ years of experience in IT support, help desk, or system administration
- Strong experience working within a ticketing/help desk system
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting Windows-based computers and office hardware
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, routers, Wi-Fi, printers)
- Experience with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, user management)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience supporting financial services, escrow, or real estate environments
- Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices (especially data protection)
- Experience working with vendors or managed service providers (MSPs)
