Job Description

An employer is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of enterprise Knowledge Graph capabilities. This individual will work closely with Product, Engineering, AI/ML, Data Science, and Platform teams to build intelligent knowledge systems that enable smarter search, AI, and agent experiences across the organization. This is a highly cross-functional role requiring strong product leadership, technical fluency, and the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple teams and business units.

Responsibilities include:
• Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution for Knowledge Graph initiatives.
• Partner with Engineering, Data Science, AI/ML, Search, and Platform teams to define and prioritize features that deliver business value.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Drive alignment across multiple engineering teams and product organizations to establish shared data models and graph infrastructure.
• Define ontology frameworks, entity relationships, metadata standards, and knowledge graph use cases.
• Utilize customer feedback, product analytics, and business metrics to guide prioritization and roadmap decisions.
• Collaborate on API design, data schemas, and platform capabilities that support knowledge-driven products.
• Communicate product strategy, progress, and outcomes to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
• Champion adoption of Knowledge Graph capabilities and promote best practices across the organization.

This role is fully remote with contract through end of January 2027.

Required Skills & Experience

7+ years of Product Management experience

3+ years of experience leading data-intensive, AI/ML, semantic search, knowledge management, or platform products

Experience delivering enterprise-scale platform products in complex, matrixed organizations

Strong understanding of knowledge graph concepts, graph data models, entity relationships, ontologies, and metadata architecture

Experience defining product requirements for APIs, data platforms, or shared infrastructure

Proven ability to work across multiple engineering teams and stakeholder groups

Experience with Knowledge Graph technologies such as Neo4j, AWS Neptune, or similar graph databases

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Background in enterprise search, knowledge management, AI platforms, or semantic technologies

Experience within SaaS, cloud, or large-scale enterprise environments

Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools such as Jira
