Job Description

Seeking a hands‑on HRIS Process Lead to own end‑to‑end Core HR processes within Workday on a global scale. This role partners with HR, HRIS, and IT to drive process alignment, manage enhancements, and ensure accurate system configuration across multiple countries. Ideal for someone confident taking ownership in a high‑visibility, global environment. Must be willing to attend ALL meetings including evening meetings and occasional travel may be necessary. Fully remote - PST/MST time zone preferred

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of hands‑on Workday CORE HR/HCM experience
Global experience is mandatory
Extensive experience with Workday
Strong HRIS/HCM experience with lead or ownership responsibility
Ability to confidently lead discussions, make decisions, and drive outcomes
Experience partnering cross‑functionally with HR, IT, and business teams
Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills
Must be comfortable attending evening meetings and occasional travel
