Job Description
A growing technology company is looking for a hands-on, enterprise AI engineer. This individual will design, build and operate agentic AI solutions that power business operations across functions, and will help build the enterprise AI architecture and infrastructure that powers business workflows. The role covers the full lifecycle. This resource will stand up new solutions from prototype to production, and operate solutions already in production: keeping them healthy, working with vendors to stay current and deploying new capabilities as platforms evolve. Key responsibilities include:
-Design, build and operate agentic AI solutions from prototype to production
-Build the Enterprise AI architecture and infrastructure that powers business workflows, including agent orchestration, tool use, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines and LLM inference
-Operate and maintain solutions already in production: monitor health, manage upgrades and keep deployed capabilities reliable and current
-Work with vendors and platform providers such as Glean, Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, cursor and Gemini Enterprise to track roadmaps, keep features current and deploy new capabilities
-Add evaluation, observability and safety checks so AI systems stay reliable in production
-Contribute to design reviews and weigh tradeoffs across autonomy, safety, scalability and cost
-Ship AI solutions end to end, evaluate new models and agentic patterns and own the reliability of the services you build and run
