Job Description

Shift: 3pm/pst-12am/pst Monday - Friday
Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Travel Coordinator to support our program and project management teams in delivering travel coordination within the semiconductor industry. This role is ideal for someone who excels at administrative support, data management, and coordination, and who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

Book and manage hotel, flight, and rental car reservations; process extensions, changes, and cancellations as needed.

Communicate professionally with client leads, consultants, and hotels on a daily basis.

Maintain accurate records in internal tracking systems; complete expense documentation and file receipts and itineraries in SharePoint.

Process hotel receipts and reconcile charges; follow up on missing or incomplete documentation.

Review and QC all bookings and receipts to ensure accuracy before marking items complete.

Handle a high volume of concurrent tasks and requests, prioritizing effectively and responding promptly throughout the shift.

Work Environment

Fully remote

Fast-paced and high-volume - this role requires consistent focus and the ability to reprioritize quickly.

Tuesday through Saturday availability is a firm requirement, not optional. Evening hours Monday through Friday (3:00 PM - 12:00 AM PST) and Saturday 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM PST.

You will interact with client leads, traveling consultants, and hotel staff on a daily basis - professionalism in all communications is expected at all times.

Required Skills & Experience

Required Qualifications

Prior travel coordination or corporate travel management experience required.

Demonstrated ability to manage high volume workloads and multitask across bookings, communications, and documentation simultaneously.

Strong written communication skills; professional and clear in all client and vendor interactions.

Proficiency with online booking platforms (Expedia or similar) and expense/tracking tools.

Highly organized with strong attention to detail - errors in this role directly impact travelers and client billing.

Ability to work independently and reliably during evening hours with minimal supervision.

Comfortable working Saturday hours

Flexible and adaptable - willing to adjust hours during training and as business needs arise.
