Job Description

A leading commercial real estate group is hiring a Senior Assistant Property Manager to support a portfolio of Class A, high-rise medical office properties (~250K SF) in Downtown Los Angeles. This role is a clear step-up opportunity for a strong Assistant Property Manager looking to transition into a Property Manager seat.

You’ll report directly to a General Manager, giving you exposure to both high-level operations and financial development, without owning full PM responsibility yet.

Day-to-Day Operations:
- Act as a primary point of contact for tenants, clients, and vendors
- Lead tenant communication, issue resolution, and service coordination
- Conduct property inspections, vendor meetings, and construction walks
- Help maintain Class A standards across a high-rise environment

Leadership Responsibilities:
- Step in to run building operations when the PM/GM is unavailable
- Help oversee engineering, maintenance, and service providers
- Operate with independence in client/tenant communication

Financial Responsibilities:
- Support monthly financial reporting, budgets, and CAM reconciliations
- Prepare lease abstracts and rent rolls
- Partner closely with the GM to build financial acumen over time
(You don’t need to be perfect here — just coachable and willing to learn)
