Job Description
We are looking for a senior-level advisor, consultant, or business development executive who has previously held leadership positions within major healthcare distributors, diagnostic companies, or healthcare procurement organizations.
The ideal candidate will help accelerate market access, distribution partnerships, and government purchasing opportunities across the United States and Canada.
Preferred Background

Roche Diagnostics

Government healthcare procurement organizations
GPOs (Vizient, Premier, HealthTrust, etc.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic guidance on healthcare distribution channels and procurement processes.
Introduce and facilitate relationships with major distributors and purchasing organizations.
Advise on vendor qualification, supplier onboarding, and sourcing requirements.
Support market entry strategies for government and institutional purchasing opportunities.
Identify and develop opportunities with:
Healthcare distributors
Hospitals and health systems
Public health agencies
Government procurement programs
Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs)

Required Skills & Experience
Preferred Qualifications
15+ years of experience in IVD, diagnostics, medical devices, healthcare distribution, or procurement.
Prior leadership experience in procurement, sourcing, sales, national accounts, or business development.
Deep understanding of:
Medline
McKesson
Cardinal Health
GPO contracting
Government procurement processes
Established network within the diagnostics and healthcare supply chain industry.
