Job Description
Facilitate Agile ceremonies: standups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, retrospectives
Support Scrum teams delivering data & analytics initiatives (data pipelines, reporting, AI/ML)
Remove blockers and manage cross-team dependencies
Track sprint progress (velocity, burndown, KPIs) and report updates
Partner with product owners, engineers, and stakeholders on priorities and delivery
Identify risks/bottlenecks and drive resolution
Coach teams on Agile best practices and continuous improvement
Ensure clear communication between technical teams and business stakeholders

Required Skills & Experience
2–5 years as a Scrum Master or Agile PM
Hands-on experience running Scrum teams and ceremonies
Exposure to data, analytics, or AI-driven projects
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and SDLC
Experience removing blockers and managing dependencies
Strong communication and stakeholder management
Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Manufacturing or industrial environment experience
SAFe / Scrum certifications (CSM, PSM)
Experience supporting multiple teams or programs
