Job Description
• Develop AI-powered BI solutions leveraging Databricks AI/BI Genie and modern ML frameworks
• Train, fine-tune, and deploy models using enterprise data to enable predictive analytics and intelligent insights
• Build data-driven applications that integrate AI/ML capabilities into reporting workflows
• Collaborate with semantic layer and data engineering teams to ensure data readiness
• Design and implement automated insight generation and decision-support systems
• Develop APIs or pipelines for embedding AI outputs into BI dashboards and applications
Contribute to experimentation, model validation, and performance monitoring

Required Skills & Experience
• 4–8+ years of experience in data engineering, AI/ML, or advanced analytics development
• Strong experience with Python, Spark, and ML libraries (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or similar)
• Experience with Databricks ML, AI/BI Genie, or similar platforms
• Understanding of data pipelines, feature engineering, and model deployment
• Experience integrating AI outputs into BI/reporting environments
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
