Job Description

This role is a consulting generalist focused on business analysis and process improvement within a major California population health management (PHM) engagement. It combines client-facing requirements gathering, product strategy support, and change management to drive adoption and deliver measurable outcomes. Analyze and design business processes to improve operations and support PHM initiatives
- Gather requirements, lead client discussions, and translate needs into business/system specifications
- Support IT project delivery and coordinate business analyst activities
- Contribute to PHM strategy, product roadmap, and communication of value to stakeholders
- Drive adoption efforts through reporting, policy insights, and change management support

Required Skills & Experience

- Bachelor’s required; Master’s (MBA, MPH, etc.) in healthcare policy/management preferred
- Hands-on experience in healthcare, including population health policy and IT/business integration
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, problem structuring, and solution design
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts
- Proven ability to collaborate, lead initiatives, and drive execution independently using tools like Microsoft Office (plus exposure to Tableau/SQL preferred)
