Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and personable Front Desk Coordinator to serve as the face of the office. This individual will play a key role in creating a welcoming and polished experience for employees, guests, and leadership. Greet and assist all visitors, ensuring a warm, professional, and welcoming experience
Manage front desk operations, including answering inquiries and directing guests appropriately
Support badge access and assist employees and visitors with check-in processes
Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation of the office space
Coordinate and manage catering orders for meetings and events
Provide administrative and operational support to the office as needed
Proactively identify opportunities to improve the workplace experience and overall office operations
We can pay $18-22/hour.
