Job Description
This position will support the supply chain disruption due to the medical supplies facility fire in Tracy. Due to the supply chain disruption, this position must be flexible with shift times.
Responsible for the efficient operation of a broad range of financial/administrative processes which may include: financial management, budgeting, contract management, human resources, recruitment, communications, purchasing, and/or inventory management. May be responsible for special projects or a department-specific administrative activity.
• Oversees financial management and budgeting for the department. Audits finance reports and follows-up on any variances and discrepancies; requests adjustments when necessary; ensures appropriate funding for expenditures; manages accruals.
• Participates in the Financial Performance Management process by preparing reports, noting areas where costs exceed budget, opportunities for financial control, and areas where the department has under-spent projections.
• Oversees human resources and recruitment and monitors departments staffing matrix to ensure department is within approved FTE (full-time equivalent count). Provides policy and procedure expertise as requested by the Management Team.
• Oversees vendor and invoice management.
• Manages supplies and inventory management for the department; oversees major equipment and supplies allocation. Facilitates periodic inventory review of all IT equipment and prepares appropriate facility reports as requested.
• Coordinates departmental projects and ensures company resources are utilized appropriately. Compiles project status reports, coordinates project schedules, and manages project meetings. Coordinates project activities and ensures all project phases are documented appropriately.
• Oversees the maintenance of the Division Intranet and SharePoint site in partnership with key department point of contacts.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5 years of experience managing finances and budget for supply chain logistics
- Experience with vendor and invoice management
- Hands on experience developing business plans for inventory management
- Proficient in MS Suite
