Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Project Manager to support a high-performing brokerage team within a leading commercial real estate environment. This is a highly visible, hybrid role that blends hands-on project execution with strategic, client-facing deal support, with a strong emphasis on advanced manufacturing and industrial buildouts. In this position, the Project Manager will sit directly alongside brokers, partnering with them on active deal flow and helping evaluate the feasibility of potential sites for manufacturing clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include advising on project timelines, cost considerations, and buildout strategies, while also assessing site layouts, production requirements, and infrastructure needs to ensure alignment with operational goals. The individual will play a key role in client-facing activities, regularly participating in pitch meetings, site walks, and stakeholder discussions, where they will be expected to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear, business-focused manner. Additionally, they will support the structuring of work letters, scope definition, and overall execution plans tied to negotiated deals. Acting as a bridge between technical execution and deal-making, this person must be equally comfortable navigating construction details and contributing to high-level strategy conversations. When not directly supporting client interactions or brokerage initiatives, the Project Manager will take ownership of managing active projects, ensuring successful delivery from planning through execution. This role offers the opportunity to be deeply embedded in a fast-paced, polished, and high-pressure environment, working on large-scale manufacturing initiatives across a national pipeline. It is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technical expertise and business acumen, and who is looking to contribute meaningfully to complex, high-impact projects while supporting revenue-generating activities.
