Job Description
We’re looking for an IBM Power Systems & AIX System Administrator to join our team. This person will help keep our AIX and Linux environments running smoothly—from system monitoring and patching to backups and overall infrastructure support. It’s a hands-on role where you’ll troubleshoot issues, improve system performance, and collaborate with different teams across IT.

Required Skills & Experience
Strong experience with AIX and Linux (RHEL) as a Unix Systems Admin/Engineer
Hands-on with IBM Power Systems (Power10), including LPARs and VIOS
Comfortable managing HMCs and handling system provisioning, upgrades, and capacity
Experience with IBM storage (V8000/V9000) and SAN environments (Fiber Channel, zoning, multipathing)
Proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues and keep systems running smoothly
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
IT managed services experience supporting enterprise level customer environments.
Knowledge of scripting languages (Bash, Perl, Python) for automation and customization is a plus.
Experience working in a ServiceNow ticketing environment and knowledge of ITIL framework (incident, change, and problem management)
