Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Remote Pharmacist who is bilingual in English/Spanish and licensed as a pharmacist to join a strong team of clinicians, analysts, and clinical support staff at a healthcare startup. The purpose of this position is to provide an expert level medication therapy consultation and med reconciliation to the patients and providers and to help supervise the Clinical Care support team. This candidate will have a direct impact on patient care and the delivery of our core clinical services, stay continuously up to date on developments in the fast-moving drug field, and be aware of emerging patterns, treatment guidelines, and best practices. The Clinical Pharmacist receives assignments and functions under the supervision of the Head of Operations to carry out and supervise direct patient care responsibilities and perform a range of functions that include the maintenance and review of patient medication profiles; counseling patients on appropriate drug use; promoting adherence; developing clinical recommendations; reviewing completed medication reviews by other Virtual Pharmacist users; as well as interacting with other health professionals to help improve patient outcomes.

Required Skills & Experience

• Actively Licensed as a Pharmacist (Utah strongly preferred)
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) – If bilingual, we will be open to the following states CA, NY, UT, VA, or TN
• Experience handling 45+ outbound calls per day
• Hands-on experience delivering Medication Therapy Management (MTM) services and Adherence support
• Strong background in Comprehensive Medication Reviews (CMRs), Targeted Medication Reviews (TMRs), and medication reconciliation
• Comfortable managing high daily call volumes with patients, providers, and pharmacies
• Medication Adherence & Counseling Expertise - Proven ability to engage patients, improve adherence, and provide clinical counseling
• Deep understanding of polypharmacy and chronic disease management (e.g., cardiology, diabetes, behavioral health)
• Ability to assess drug interactions, contraindications, and therapy appropriateness
• Familiarity with CMS Star Ratings, HEDIS, and Medicare Part C/D measures
