Job Description

Insight Global is assisting a large Cybersecurity client of ours in identifying an Internal Communications & Culture Coordinator. The Internal Communications & Culture Coordinator will provide operational support for the client's Internal Communications & Culture function. This role helps keep core employee communications, recognition programs, onboarding content, and internal knowledge systems organized and moving.

- Manage AI-driven systems and workflows to support recurring internal communications programs, including AMA logistics, scheduling, speaker coordination, and drafting pre- and post-event communications.
- Manage AI-driven systems and workflows to organize incoming communications and culture requests, ensuring requests are tracked, organized, and routed appropriately.
- Manage AI-driven systems and workflows to support the internal communications operating rhythm by maintaining communications calendars, coordinating reviews, and drafting first-pass employee communications for Slack and Confluence.
- Support recognition operations, including Stadium support requests, user troubleshooting, recognition communications, Core Values Awards logistics, and light reporting.
- Support onboarding program development through content audits, stakeholder coordination, content updates, resource organization, and documentation management.

Required Skills & Experience

- 3+ years of experience in internal communications, employee experience, HR communications, program coordination, project coordination, marketing communications, or a related field.
- Strong written communication skills and ability to draft clear employee-facing content.
- Experience managing multiple deadlines, stakeholders, and recurring operational processes.
- Comfort using tools such as Slack, Confluence, Google Workspace, project trackers.
- Experience using AI tools and agents to increase workflow productivity

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Experience with Stadium
- Experience supporting employee communications or culture programs in a remote or distributed company.
- Experience organizing knowledge bases, intranet pages, or onboarding content.
- Experience supporting recognition, engagement, or employee experience programs.
