Job Description
Lead design and implementation of S/4HANA Service Management processes:
Service orders
Contracts & subscriptions
Billing and revenue integration
Configure Solution Quotations for complex service offerings (bundled, subscription, usage-based)
Define pricing, configuration logic, and dependencies
Collaborate with business stakeholders for requirement gathering and fit-gap analysis
Ensure alignment with cross-functional processes (Finance, SD, Revenue Recognition)
Support SIT, UAT, regression testing, and defect resolution
Assist with cutover, go-live, and post-go-live stabilization
Produce functional documentation and process flows

Required Skills & Experience
5–8+ years of experience in SAP Service Management, including S/4HANA implementations
Strong experience designing and configuring:
Service orders, service contracts, and subscriptions
Billing and revenue integration
Experience with Solution Quotation for complex offerings (bundled, subscription, usage-based services)
Knowledge of pricing, configuration logic, and dependency management
Experience gathering business requirements and conducting fit-to-standard/gap analysis
Strong understanding of cross-functional integration:
Finance / Revenue Recognition
SD / Order Management
Billing and invoicing
Experience supporting SIT, UAT, and regression testing
Ability to create functional design documents and process flows
Strong stakeholder communication and ability to influence decisions on customization vs. standard solutions
