Job Description
We are seeking a Data Orchestration Engineer to help drive a large-scale transformation of business workflows onto a new AI-powered orchestration platform.
This is a high-impact, highly visible role supporting initiatives led by executive leadership. The ideal candidate is a strong software engineer who also understands business processes and can translate defined workflows into scalable, AI-driven automation solutions.
You will play a key role in re-engineering and modernizing hundreds of workflows (e.g., approvals, routing logic, operational processes) into a centralized system integrated with tools like Slack.
This is not a traditional BA role nor a pure coding role, it requires someone who can think critically, work independently, and leverage AI to build solutions efficiently.
DAY TO DAY:
Translate existing business workflows into automated, AI-driven workflows within the platform
Design and implement workflow logic, conditional routing, and system integrations
Rebuild processes currently managed across tools into a centralized orchestration layer
Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate workflow creation and optimization
Work with pre-defined process documentation and determine the best technical implementation approach
Build and maintain integrations between systems and collaboration platforms (e.g., Slack-based workflows)
Troubleshoot, test, and refine workflows to ensure reliability and scalability
Operate with a high degree of autonomy while contributing to a growing orchestration function
We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. We are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer that believes everyone matters. Qualified candidates will receive consideration for employment regardless of their race, color, ethnicity, religion, sex (including pregnancy), sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, marital status, national origin, ancestry, genetic factors, age, disability, protected veteran status, military or uniformed service member status, or any other status or characteristic protected by applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances.
