Job Description

We’re seeking a Product Research Associate to support in-app survey operations, social listening, and AI-enabled workflows across the Community Voice team.
This role is highly operational and best suited for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative, with a strong interest in research and data.

Key Responsibilities:
In-App Survey Operations:

- Support end-to-end execution of in-app surveys (setup, launch, monitoring)
- Program surveys ensuring logic, targeting, and functionality are accurate
- Track survey launches and provide status updates to stakeholders
- Review, clean, and code large open-ended response datasets
- Conduct data quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Maintain survey files, repositories, and documentation
- Support recurring workflows and identify opportunities to improve processes using AI tools
- Assist in analyzing feedback (identify themes, extract verbatims, prep data for reporting)
- Manage and update dashboards (e.g., Looker, Coda)

Social Listening:

- Monitor app store reviews, social channels, and other feedback sources daily
- Identify emerging themes, sentiment shifts, and potential risks
- Refine tracking frameworks as new themes arise
- Support ad hoc analysis and insight generation
- Assist with recurring reporting (verbatim extraction, data validation, analysis support)

Required Skills & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in HCI, Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, Marketing, or related field
- 3–5+ years of experience in UX Research, Product Research, Voice of Customer (VoC), Customer Insights, or Research Ops

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Experience with survey tools (Qualtrics, Thematic, etc.) or willingness to learn quickly
- Experience with social listening tools (e.g., Sprout Social)
- Exposure to dashboarding tools (Looker, Coda, etc.)
- Familiarity with CSAT, NPS, or customer experience programs
- Basic understanding of survey logic/programming
- Exposure to AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.)
