Job Description
A client in the Bay Area is looking for a Manager, Paid Marketing to help scale one of their most important
demand generation motions. This role is designed for an experienced marketing operator who can flex across program strategy, agency management, and channel execution partnering closely with content, data science, and external agency partners to build out the Sales Assist program and drive measurable pipeline. An ideal candidate is someone with the operational rigor to bring structure to ambiguous work, the relationship skills to get the most out of agency
partners, and the channel expertise to execute across paid media and content syndication.
● Own end-to-end management of the Sales Assist program on paid media, including channel strategy, reporting and optimization.
● Build out a testing roadmap to align with sales and marketing goals and work with agency on execution
● Identify gaps in the current program and propose new initiatives, channels, or tests to fill them
● Manage agency partner relationships end-to-end, including campaign briefing, reporting, scoping, budget management and optimization.
● Lead our paid media program, including paid social and content syndication.
● Collaborate with the broader marketing team on integrated campaigns that connect Sales Assist, including Marketing Operations, Data Science and Demand Gen.
● Develop documentation and playbooks that codify how the program runs and enable the team to scale efficiently.
Pay Range for this role is $50 - $60 per hour depending on years of experience and education.

Required Skills & Experience
• 6+ years of experience in B2B demand generation or growth marketing roles, with a track record of building or scaling programs
• Hands-on experience running paid social campaigns, with proficiency in Campaign Manager and a strong grasp of paid social optimization (LinkedIn, Meta and Reddit)
• Working knowledge of marketing and audience automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Clay, Hightouch)
• Ability to manage agency and vendor relationships end-to-end, from briefing through performance management.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience supporting a sales-led or sales-assist GTM motion
• Background in B2B SaaS and/or Enterprise software
• Familiarity with ABM motions and tools
• Experience with other paid marketing channels (Paid Search, Display, CTV)
