Job Description
An Insight Global technology client is seeking a highly skilled Community Program Manager to join their team and take on this public-facing role to foster connection and engagement within our community. You will help bridge communications between company users and our internal teams via their forums, social and video content, and in-person events. The ideal candidate should be creative, detail-oriented, and well versed in collaborating as part of a distributed, global team. To be successful in this fast-paced role you will need excellent communication, prioritization, and time management skills. You should also enjoy working directly with customers, embracing new challenges, and be willing to travel to events as needed.

Required Skills & Experience
- 4ish years of experience in a social media, program management, community engagement, etc. focused role.
- Experience administrating Community Forums (engaging, administrating, routing support questions)
- Social media experience – content creating and social scheduling, publication and metrics.
- Experience in a tech environment, preferably representing a product.
- Ability to travel for ~3 events during the duration of the contract (Orlando, Netherlands)
- Soft skills:
o Self-starter attitude – someone who is comfortable handling randomization and a face paced environment.
o Strong written and verbal communication, ability to collaborate across teams (this individual will work closely with the product team to ensure there is content prepped for each month and facilitators scheduled)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Owned forum management (different than a Reddit, think company that owns their own forum vs. using a public one)
- Experience managing live webinar product like Zoom webinars
- Experience with Sprout Social
