Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Prevailing Wage Payroll Admin for a top infrastructure-focused client. This candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate and compliant payroll processing in a highly regulated environment. The ideal individual brings strong experience with prevailing wage laws, LCP tracking, and government reporting systems, along with exceptional attention to detail. This position requires a proactive professional who can independently manage payroll operations, maintain compliance standards, and support a fast-paced, deadline-driven team.
Day-to-Day:
Administer and process payroll for employees in compliance-driven environments
Manage and track LCP data and reporting requirements
Upload payroll and compliance reports to government portals
Perform detailed data entry, including activity codes and payroll classifications
Ensure adherence to prevailing wage standards and regulations
Audit payroll data for accuracy and compliance

Required Skills & Experience
3+ years of payroll experience
Experience with prevailing wage payroll
Strong knowledge of LCP (Labor Compliance Program) tracking and experience with LCPtracker software
Experience uploading payroll/data to government compliance sites
Proficiency in data entry and managing payroll activity codes
Hands-on experience in payroll administration processes
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Senior-level payroll experience
Experience handling high-volume or complex payroll environments
Background in construction, infrastructure, or compliance-heavy industries
