What you’ll do...
• Design, build, and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines to support efficient software development and release cycles
• Develop and implement automation frameworks to streamline testing, deployment, and infrastructure management
• Collaborate cross-functionally with software, hardware, and systems teams to improve developer workflows and system performance
• Identify and resolve infrastructure bottlenecks to improve system reliability, performance, and scalability
• Support and enhance distributed build systems, including build caching strategies to optimize performance
• Manage and maintain CI/CD platforms such as Jenkins (or similar tools) at scale
• Contribute to internal tooling and developer productivity solutions to improve overall engineering efficiency
• Participate in system design discussions and contribute to modern build system architecture

Required Skills & Experience
• 5–10 years of experience in software engineering, DevOps, or infrastructure engineering roles
• Strong proficiency in Python with a solid understanding of modern software development practices
• Strong Linux fundamentals with hands-on system-level experience
• Proven experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Jenkins, Git, Docker, or similar technologies
• Experience with automation testing frameworks (e.g., PyTest or equivalent)
• Strong understanding of build systems, distributed systems, and software lifecycle processes
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across engineering disciplines
• Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality, user-facing products or features
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience in hardware test automation or working with hardware/software integration environments
• Automotive industry experience or exposure to embedded systems
• Familiarity with tools such as Proxmox or other virtualization platforms
• Experience designing or supporting test infrastructure (benches, lab environments, etc.)
• Contributions to internal developer tooling or productivity platforms
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies, including how to approach hardware validation from a software perspective
• A self-driven mindset with a passion for improving developer experience and product quality
