Job Description

Required Skills & Experience

Ability to review, analyze, and summarize security incident reports for executive leadership and senior management audiences.
Strong written communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings into concise, business-focused summaries.
Experience gathering information from technical teams, security analysts, system administrators, and other stakeholders during incident investigations.
Ability to coordinate follow-up activities with location CISOs, security managers, and technical staff to ensure timely collection of incident details and remediation status.
Ability to facilitate meetings, document action items, and drive accountability across internal and external teams.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Preferred Skills & Experience

Familiarity with incident management processes, escalation procedures, and cybersecurity governance practices.
Experience maintaining incident documentation, status reports, lessons learned, and executive briefings.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple active incidents and competing priorities.
Understanding of common cybersecurity threats, attack techniques, vulnerabilities, and remediation processes.
Experience developing executive dashboards, incident metrics, and after-action reports.
Familiarity with threat intelligence, vulnerability management, or security operations processes.
