Job Description

The Contract Execution Specialist will support our client's AI and Technology Procurement initiatives by managing contract execution activities, coordinating vendor communications, supporting sourcing events, and maintaining procurement documentation. This role serves as a key liaison between procurement, legal, business stakeholders, and suppliers to ensure contracts move efficiently through the review, approval, and execution process.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, format, and redline contracts, amendments, Statements of Work (SOWs), and related procurement documents.
• Coordinate contract approvals and execution activities with legal, procurement, suppliers, and business stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor communications related to contract execution and sourcing activities.
• Support RFP, RFQ, and sourcing events, including vendor outreach, document distribution, and evaluation tracking.
• Maintain contract repositories, vendor communication logs, and procurement documentation.
• Ensure audit-ready file structures and complete documentation trails for all procurement activities.
• Track contract status, sourcing milestones, and procurement metrics within procurement systems.
• Generate reports and provide status updates to project leadership and stakeholders.
• Provide operational coverage during team absences and support high-volume execution periods.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Legal Studies, or related field.
3+ years of experience in contract administration, procurement, sourcing, vendor management, or contract lifecycle support.
Experience supporting software, AI, SaaS, cloud, cybersecurity, or professional services procurement agreements.
Experience drafting, reviewing, and redlining contracts and commercial agreements.
