Residuals Business Analyst / Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, governance, coordination, and execution of a large-scale enterprise residuals solution implementation.

The ideal candidate is a highly organized project leader with experience managing complex enterprise software implementations involving business, vendor, and technology teams. This individual will be responsible for driving project execution from planning through production deployment while ensuring effective governance, executive reporting, testing coordination, compliance, strategic migrations, and phased production releases.

This role is focused on enterprise project management and delivery leadership. The Project Manager will partner closely with business stakeholders, implementation vendors, application owners, infrastructure teams, and corporate governance organizations to ensure successful implementation, production readiness, and operational transition.

Hour Pay: $65-70

· 8+ years of Project Management experience leading large-scale software implementation projects.
· Proven experience managing complex enterprise implementations involving multiple teams.
· Strong proficiency with Asana for project planning, workstream coordination, and executive reporting.
· Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools to improve project execution, reporting, and productivity.
· Experience coordinating QA, UAT, production cutover, phased deployments, and hypercare.
· Experience planning and coordinating cutover activities, data migrations, and phased releases.
· Experience managing implementation vendors and coordinating cross-functional delivery teams.
· Experience coordinating enterprise governance activities.
· Strong experience developing executive dashboards, and project reporting.
· Excellent communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
Strong experience managing risks, issues, dependencies, schedules, and project governance.

· Experience managing ERP, payroll, finance, or enterprise business system implementations.
· Experience within the Media & Entertainment industry.
· Experience coordinating enterprise data migrations and phased implementation programs.
· Familiarity with residuals systems or financial operations is a plus.
· Experience supporting SOX controls, audit readiness, and enterprise production deployments.
PMP certification preferred.
