Job Description

Sr. Product Manager, Loyalty will lead the strategy and execution for loyalty-related experiences (Loyalty, Challenges/Games) across web, mobile, and stores. You’ll own the product lifecycle from vision to launch, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and continuously improve customer engagement through data-driven decisions.

Required Skills & Experience

Must-Haves
5-8+ years in Product Management for e-commerce, retail, or transaction-based businesses.
Proven success launching customer-facing digital products on web and mobile.
Experience with loyalty partnerships
Experience with creative gamification
Skills:
Strong understanding of agile development, sprint management, and Jira.
Technical knowledge of APIs, web services, and core internet technologies.
Ability to define product vision, roadmap, and manage end-to-end delivery.
Excellent communication and presentation skills for all levels.
Strong analytical skills with experience using metrics throughout the product lifecycle.
Collaboration:
Demonstrated success working with engineering, design, and business teams.
