This position will collaborate with ASIC design teams in the Central Hardware Group, peer Test/Product Engineers in. You will also work with manufacturing partners to triage any failures and manage the OSAT production test activities.

Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Electrical Engineering/Computer Engineering (or equivalent experience)
9+ years’ experience in SOC/VLSI/ bring-up, characterization, qualification and product engineering.
Excellent working knowledge of Advantest 93000 (Smartest 7 and 8) or similar ATE tester for characterization and production testing.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience with logic or SRAM and Voltage/Frequency characterization
Proficient in statistical data analysis using JMP software or other tools
Excellent knowledge of the latest state-of-the-art trends in DFT insertion techniques, including Scan, ATPG, JTAG, MBIST, PVT and SerDes.
Experience with yield improvement and test time reduction activities.
