Job Description
An employer is looking for a Finance Expert to join their cutting-edge GenAI team and help build foundational AI models from the ground up. They're looking for talented Finance subject-matter experts (SMEs) to bring deep domain expertise and elevate the quality of our AI training data. This is a remote, flexible opportunity to collaborate directly with their AI research teams.
What You’ll Do:
Guide research teams to close knowledge gaps and improve AI model performance in your domain.
Create and maintain precise annotation standards tailored to your finance specialty. As a domain SME, you’ll set the gold standard for quality and rigor.
Design challenging, domain-relevant finance tasks across multiple specializations, and write accurate and well-structured solutions to finance tasks.
Evaluate finance tasks and solutions and provide clear, written feedback

Required Skills & Experience
Education: A Master's or Ph.D. degree in a relevant field related to the domain of expertise
Experience: A minimum of 3 years professional experience in Finance.
Deep Knowledge: Demonstrated deep understanding and expertise in Finance.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey complex ideas and guidance to internal teams and external vendors.
Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical abilities to identify trends, evaluate annotation quality, and provide actionable feedback.
Collaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners to achieve shared goals.
Adaptability: Flexibility and willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes in a rapidly evolving environment.
Expert level quant finance experience would be a preferred skill

CPA, CFP, and/or CFA
