Job Description

A media and entertainment client is looking to hire a Product Manager II to help grow ad platform capabilities across integrations, ad serving, and monetization workflows. This role will partner closely with engineering, business teams, and external partners like publishers, SSPs/exchanges, and DSPs to build scalable solutions that improve platform performance and drive revenue. The ideal candidate brings strong product execution, comfort working across complex stakeholder groups, and experience translating ad tech requirements into impactful product solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

Technical Skills:

3+ years of product management experience, ideally in ad tech, programmatic, or CTV/video

Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem (SSPs, DSPs, exchanges, programmatic workflows)

Experience with industry standards like OpenRTB, VAST, and VMAP, including integrations

Working knowledge of SQL (joins, aggregations, dataset analysis)

Comfortable operating at a technical level, understanding system interactions and data flows

Proven ability to partner with engineering and translate technical requirements into shipped products

Soft Skills:

Track record of driving cross-functional execution and delivering against a roadmap in complex environments

Strong analytical skills; able to define metrics, analyze data, and drive revenue-impacting decisions

Able to balance execution with product thinking, contributing to roadmap improvements

Skilled at bringing structure to ambiguous problems and communicating clearly across stakeholders

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience working on ad serving systems or monetization platforms, including concepts like pacing, frequency
capping, targeting, and delivery optimization

Exposure to order or campaign management systems, forecasting, or reporting workflows

Experience supporting or leading publisher or demand-side integrations

Familiarity with advanced SQL concepts

Experience operating in environments with evolving requirements and external dependencies
