Job Description
In this role, you’ll act as the bridge between raw digital data and strategic business decisions by analyzing diverse data sources—ranging from social media and search trends to news and consumer reviews—to uncover meaningful insights about consumer behavior and market dynamics. You will transform fragmented signals into clear, actionable narratives, helping stakeholders understand evolving sentiment, competitive movements, and emerging opportunities. This includes building compelling visualizations and executive-level deliverables, as well as conducting ongoing analysis to identify trends and inform strategic direction.
Key focuses include:
Mining and analyzing cross-channel data to identify consumer sentiment shifts and emerging trends
Translating complex data into clear, strategic insights and executive-ready storytelling
Building dashboards and visualizations that make insights accessible and actionable

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience in consumer insights, data science, market research, or social intelligence
Hands-on experience analyzing multi-source data (social listening, search data, media, surveys, etc.)
Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., SQL, Python/R, Excel, or similar)
Experience with social listening and analytics platforms (e.g., Brandwatch, Sprinklr, Talkwalker, or similar tools)
Strong ability to transform complex data into compelling narratives and business recommendations
Proven experience building dashboards and data visualizations using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar
