Job Description

- Manages communications workplans, timelines, and deliverable trackers to ensure on-time execution across workstreams
- Coordinates review and approval cycles, including consolidating feedback and following up with stakeholders
- Drafts and edits communications materials (newsletters, announcements, presentations, web content)
- Prepares materials and coordinates logistics for meetings, forums, and external engagements
- Tracks deliverables, identifies risks or delays, and partners with the Strategic Communications Manager to prioritize and align on execution

Required Skills & Experience

We are looking for an associate communications consultants to support execution of strategic communications for a large-scale population health management project. This role will manage timelines, coordinate stakeholder reviews, and ensure high-quality, on-time delivery of communications materials in close partnership with the Senior Strategic Communications Consultant.

- Bachelor’s degree plus 2–5 years of experience in project management, communications, consulting, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple deliverables and deadlines
- Experience coordinating review cycles and working across multiple stakeholders
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills with high attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently in fast-paced environments
