Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Workday Specialist to support contractor lifecycle activities within the Workday system. This role is highly process-driven and focused on executing ticket-based requests related to onboarding, offboarding, and background checks. Responsibilities include:

Process inbound Workday tickets related to contractor onboarding and offboarding
Initiate and track background checks and ensure completion prior to start dates
Maintain accurate worker data and ensure compliance with established workflows
Partner with internal teams to ensure timely completion of contractor lifecycle tasks
Follow standard operating procedures to meet SLAs and ensure data accuracy
Pay Rate: 6-9 LPA

Required Skills & Experience

-bachelors degree
-1-2+ years of Workday experience (Entry/Mid Level)
-onboarding/offboarding workflows and background checks experience
-Strong attention to detail and ability to follow defined processes
-Comfortable managing high-volume, ticket-based workflows
-Strong organizational and communication skills
