HOW YOU MAKE AN IMPACT
The Manufacturing Associate works as part of the manufacturing department preparing the final products for shipment. Manufacturing Associate will also assist in other areas of production, as assigned. Reports to Quality Supervisor.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
• Seal and crate finished products to prepare for shipping
• Operate pallet jack to stage products for shipping
• Collaborates with other departments and teammates
• Maintains a safe, clean & organized work area
• Must be able to read work instructions, communicate effectively with other team members and write work orders and emails
• May assist in other areas within the quality department, as assigned by the Quality Supervisor
• Will be cross trained to provide QC support within inspection and MRB activities
• Perform other related duties as may be reasonably assigned in the course of business
• Achievement of objectives must include an over-riding commitment to quality that must permeate the areas of responsibility
• Enable and Drive Change in the Organization

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; relevant work experience may substitute
• Physical work: standing/walking, bending, stooping, pushing, pulling & lifting
• Ability to operate pallet jack and manual warehouse equipment
• Good manual dexterity and mobility
• Ability to multitask
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Requires safety shoes and safety glasses
