Job Description

- Lead external communications for a large population health management engagement; oversee day-to-day execution and manage a Strategic Communications Associate
- Develop and execute strategic communications plans (audiences, messaging, timing) to drive adoption with MCPs and BHPs
- Draft and deliver external communications (release notifications, newsletters, website content) and partner with web teams on updates
- Identify effective channels/forums and create targeted content; support conferences and external presentations
- Manage stakeholder collaboration, feedback cycles, client meetings, and end-to-end delivery of communications workstreams

Required Skills & Experience

We are looking for a senior strategic communications consultant to lead external communications for a large-scale population health management project. This role will drive strategic messaging, stakeholder engagement, and content delivery while overseeing day-to-day execution through management of a Strategic Communications Associate.

- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s (MBA, MPH, or similar—healthcare focus preferred)
- Experience in strategic communications/marketing within healthcare, managed care, or consulting (MCP/BHP exposure preferred)
- Strong presentation skills; able to simplify and communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Proven ability to structure, analyze, and clearly communicate problems and solutions in complex environments
- Self-starter with strong execution skills; experienced managing deliverables and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
