Job Description
An employer is seeking an AI/ML Engineer (Agentic Systems) to design and build intelligent, agent-driven workflows that enhance how Data 360 data is enriched, processed, and consumed. This role will focus on developing agentic capabilities powered by LLMs and modern AI frameworks, helping reduce manual processes and drive operational efficiency across the data platform.
Day to Day Responsibilities include:
Design and build agentic systems to automate data enrichment and operational workflows
Develop AI-driven pipelines leveraging LLMs, vector retrieval, and RAG architectures
Integrate agentic workflows with Data 360 and downstream systems
Build and extend multi-step automation processes to eliminate manual checks
Collaborate with data engineers to integrate AI capabilities into existing pipelines
Develop prompt strategies and workflows for high-quality LLM outputs
Continuously improve agent performance and scalability
Translate business needs into automated agent-based systems
This role is fully remote with the ideal candidate being located in Hyderabad and contract will go through January 31st, 2027.

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of Python experience for AI/ML and application development
Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini) beyond basic demos
Experience with agentic frameworks, such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen or similar
Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Chroma, Milvus)
Experience building RAG pipelines and embedding-based retrieval systems
Strong systems thinking - breaking down problems into agent-driven tasks
Experience integrating AI systems into production workflows
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Multi-agent systems experience
Multi-modal AI (text, images, documents) experience
Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations
Experience building 3+ step workflow automations (research agents, DevOps automation, etc.)
Exposure to data engineering pipelines and ETL systems
Experience working with Salesforce or enterprise platforms
