Job Description

We are seeking a CRM Specialist to join a high-caliber team at one of our large media clients. This role will work closely with cross-functional partners to execute campaigns, develop actionable insights, and optimize emails to drive engagement and fandom.

Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end email production process through successful HTML coding, editing, QA, and deployment.
Manage the approvals process, route previews to internal stakeholders, and implement all revisions.
Monitor daily sends and troubleshoot technical issues related to HTML, segmentation, rendering, and deployment.
Work closely with creative project management and internal stakeholders to track and ensure assets and feedback are delivered on time.
Identify email linking strategies to optimize the user experience.
Summarize results of email campaigns, identify trends, and provide strategic recommendations to drive future optimization opportunities.
Use email service providers and customer data platforms to create email automations and journeys, set up A/B tests, and build customer segments.
Ensure marketing materials comply with all brand and style guidelines.

Required Skills & Experience

1–3 years of relevant email production experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong editing, grammar, and proofreading skills.
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with some project management experience.
Self-starter with strong attention to detail and curiosity to learn.
Ability to work well under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in HTML.
Experience with ESPs, preferably Braze and/or Salesforce.
Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Dreamweaver.
Consumer lifecycle journey experience.

Experience with CRM automations
