Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Power Platform Developer to join a growing team and support their internal WorkSmart platform. This individual will partner closely with a senior developer and gradually take ownership of development efforts across Power Apps and Power Automate solutions.
This role will require both strong technical capability and the ability to understand business processes and system impacts. The ideal candidate can operate independently, contribute to architectural discussions, and deliver scalable, maintainable solutions within an Agile environment.

Required Skills & Experience
- 3–5+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
- Experience working within enterprise systems (ERP, project delivery, or business operations systems)
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum (user stories, backlog, iterative delivery)
- Understanding of ETL concepts and data movement
- Experience with data modeling within Dataverse
- Proficiency with JavaScript and HTML for customization within Power Platform
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience working with both managed and unmanaged solutions in Power Platform
- Experience with REST APIs and system integrations
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automation
- Strong understanding of solution architecture and scalability
- Experience with testing, QA processes, and change management
- Ability to map business requirements to technical solutions
- Prior experience in consulting or highly collaborative environments
