Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an experienced RN to join a multi-specialty ambulatory surgery center in Orange, CA. This center supports a wide range of surgical cases including orthopedics (heavy total joints), pain management, GI, urology, ENT, and ophthalmology (cataracts).
This is a highly hands-on role in a busy surgical environment requiring strong clinical experience and the ability to support multiple procedures throughout the day in a structured case flow.
Key Responsibilities
-Support a line-up model, working multiple cases for a single physician throughout the day
-Provide direct support across multi-specialty procedures, with a strong emphasis on orthopedic and total joint cases
-Assist with room set-up, case preparation, and turnover in a high-volume ASC
-Maintain strict adherence to sterile technique and patient safety standards
-Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia, and OR staff to keep cases running efficiently
-Thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment with high case volume

Required Skills & Experience
Required Qualifications
-4+ years of Operating Room experience
-Strong experience in orthopedics (required), including total joint cases
-Background working in a fast-paced ASC or hospital
-PALS certification required
-BLS certification required
-Ability to work early morning variable start times (5:30–6:00 AM)
