Job Description

The Workday Test Lead will support the testing strategy, planning, and execution for a Workday HCM implementation, with a focus on Core HCM, Compensation, and Global (International Countries) workstreams. This role is responsible for coordinating cross-functional testing activities across SIT, End-to-End (E2E), User Readiness (UAT), and payroll parallel testing, ensuring successful deployment.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance and Software Testing, with at least 3+ years in a test analyst role for Core HCM and Compensation
Extensive experience with Workday Core HCM, Onboarding, Compensation, and Global International Countries modules is mandatory
Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and various testing methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
Proficiency in developing comprehensive test strategies, plans, and reports
Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps, ALM, Workday Test Automation tools)
Experience with data validation and reconciliation in system migrations
