Job Description
This role is responsible for leading system-level electrical design efforts within data center server hall environments, with a strong focus on power distribution architecture rather than R&D or studies-based work. The engineer will design and develop end-to-end electrical distribution systems from point of entry through the server hall, including creating single-line diagrams, defining electrical architecture, and supporting cable routing and infrastructure layouts. A key part of the role involves designing and integrating busway / busduct systems, coordinating closely with vendors, and developing solutions for rack interface power delivery and server hall electrical infrastructure (outside of rack-level components). The engineer will perform load calculations, select components, and ensure all designs comply with NEC, IEC, and applicable safety standards. Additionally, this person will support testing, commissioning, and deployment efforts, while partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, production-ready data center solutions.
