We are seeking a detail-oriented IAM Analyst with hands-on experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ to support access governance, entitlement management, and identity lifecycle processes. This role will partner closely with business and technical teams to ensure secure, compliant, and well-documented access controls across the organization.

Required Skills & Experience

Key Responsibilities
Investigate and identify appropriate business owners for orphaned or unassigned workgroups, ensuring accountability and proper governance of access controls.
Design, develop, integrate, and test identity and access management solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ to support secure and efficient user access provisioning.
Analyze and audit entitlement configurations, documenting the rationale behind access design decisions such as requestable versus automated permissions.
Support user access certification and recertification efforts by providing business units with clear context and data-driven insights into what specific roles and entitlements grant.
Partner with stakeholders to review and improve access governance processes, ensuring alignment with security and compliance requirements.
Document IAM processes, procedures, and governance standards to support consistency, audit readiness, and knowledge sharing across teams.
Required Qualifications
2–5+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) or related security roles.
Hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ, including configuration, integration, and access lifecycle management.
Strong understanding of access governance, role-based access control (RBAC), and entitlement management.
Experience supporting access certification campaigns and audit processes.
Ability to analyze complex access data and translate findings into clear, business-friendly insights.
Strong documentation skills with experience creating process documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to Have
Experience working in regulated environments (e.g., financial services, healthcare, or enterprise environments).
Familiarity with identity governance best practices and compliance frameworks.
Experience working with other IAM tools or directory services (e.g., Active Directory, Azure AD)..
