Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Senior Business Intelligence (BI) / Full Stack Data Developer to design, build, and support enterprise-level analytics and reporting solutions within a modern Azure data environment. This role will be responsible for delivering end-to-end BI capabilities from data integration and modeling to dashboard development and business insights as well as partnering closely with stakeholders to drive data-driven decision-making.

Required Skills & Experience
- Strong Power BI expertise (DAX, data modeling, Power Query, Service, governance, and administration)
- Hands-on experience with Azure data stack (Synapse, Data Lake, Azure SQL, Fabric)
Advanced SQL skills (development, optimization, data modeling, performance tuning)
- Experience building end-to-end BI solutions (ETL pipelines, data warehousing, reporting tools)
- Knowledge of modern data architecture (data lakes, warehousing, governance, MDM)
