Job Description
We’re looking for a Senior Cybersecurity Program Manager to lead and drive critical security initiatives across the organization. This role will be responsible for overseeing large-scale security programs, aligning cross-functional teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope. This is a 6-month contract-to-hire opportunity with strong potential for long-term placement.
-Lead end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity programs and initiatives across multiple teams
-Partner with engineering, security, and business stakeholders to define priorities and roadmaps
-Track program progress, risks, and dependencies while driving mitigation strategies
-Manage timelines, budgets, and executive-level reporting across security projects
-Ensure alignment with security frameworks, compliance standards, and organizational goals

Required Skills & Experience
-5-7+ years of experience in Program or Project Management within cybersecurity environments
-Strong understanding of cybersecurity domains (e.g., IAM, cloud security, risk/compliance, threat management)
-Proven experience managing large, cross-functional programs in enterprise environments
-Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
-Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery environments
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
-Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, PMP, or PgMP
-Experience in retail, restaurant, or large distributed enterprise environments
-Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and related security frameworks
-Background in security tools or implementations (SIEM, SOAR, identity platforms)
-Experience supporting contract-to-hire or transformation initiatives
