Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Temp Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations. This role will assist with core accounting functions, payroll processing, and transactional support to ensure accurate and timely financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
Process and support payroll activities
Manage Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R) functions
Prepare and maintain A/R reporting
Calculate and process sales commission payments
Generate and send customer invoices via U.S. mail and email
Assist with data entry and general accounting support as needed

Required Skills & Experience
Prior experience in accounting or bookkeeping roles
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Comfortable handling transactional accounting tasks in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with accounting systems and Microsoft Excel preferred
