Insight Global is seeking a Director of Operations for a client in West Hollywood. This client is a patient-centered, physician-led practice dedicated to delivering high-quality, innovative urologic care. With a focus on clinical excellence, advanced treatment options, and strong patient relationships, the organization continues to expand its footprint and service offerings. The client is seeking an experienced Practice Administrator / Director of Operations to partner closely with physicians and leadership to drive operational excellence, scale growth, and enhance the overall patient experience. This role will be onsite Monday-Friday in West Hollywood!
Key Responsibilities include:
Operational Leadership
• Oversee and manage daily operations of the urology practice to ensure efficiency and high-quality patient care
• Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and performance standards
• Optimize clinic workflows, scheduling, patient throughput, and provider productivity
• Track and analyze KPIs including patient volume, staffing ratios, patient satisfaction, and operational efficiency
• Ensure seamless coordination across clinical, administrative, billing, and ancillary teams
Financial Oversight
• Partner with executive leadership on strategic growth and scaling initiatives
• Analyze financial performance including budgets, forecasts, and revenue cycle metrics
• Drive profitability and EBITDA improvements through data-driven decision-making
• Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining high standards of care
• Support M&A activity, integrations, and expansion efforts as needed
• Provide regular reporting and operational updates to ownership and executive stakeholders
Leadership & Staff Management
• Recruit, train, and oversee administrative and management staff
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• Develop scalable staffing models to support growth and patient demand
• Manage employee relations, performance evaluations, and retention strategies
Compliance & Regulatory Oversight
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, Medicare, Medicaid, and all applicable regulations
• Maintain accreditation standards and ensure audit readiness
• Lead risk management and quality assurance initiatives
• Implement and monitor best practices for patient safety and compliance
Patient Experience & Growth Initiatives
• Drive initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and access to care
• Oversee vendor relationships, facility operations, and technology systems
• Support business development efforts including referral growth and community outreach
• Collaborate with physicians to expand service lines and capabilities

Required Skills & Experience
5-10+ years of healthcare operations leadership experience within a specialty practice
Strong understanding of revenue cycle management and healthcare financials
Proven ability to improve operational efficiency and scale practice performance
Experience managing teams in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Deep knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Neurology or other specialty practice experience
Master’s degree (MBA, MHA, or related)
