Job Description
Coordinates all aspects of a construction project, ensuring it is on time, within budget and to required quality standards by coordinating with all stakeholders.
Pay Range for this role is $30 - $35 per hour depending on years of experience and education.

Required Skills & Experience
- Basic knowledge of MS Project, Primavera P6 or similar Project Management software.
- Fast, accurate data entry
- MS Office suite
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic understanding of construction terminology and processes
- Understanding o f construction document controls including RFI's, submittals, change orders)
- Familiarity with construction safety regulations (OSHA)
- Ability to track and manage material deliveries and inventory
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Potential for entry level project management certs.
- OSHA 10
