Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse with IV Therapy experience to join an innovative integrative wellness practice in Beverly Hills. Working side-by-side with the physician, you’ll play a key role in delivering highly personalized care that blends traditional medicine with cutting-edge wellness and aesthetic treatments.

This is a unique opportunity to step beyond a traditional clinical setting and be part of a forward-thinking practice focused on IV therapy, preventive medicine, wellness optimization, and aesthetics - all with flexible scheduling and strong growth potential.

The ideal candidate has experience in a medical office or private practice, is confident with IV placement, and is excited to support a growing demand for advanced wellness services in a highly patient-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities
Patient Care & Clinical Operations
- Perform routine clinical procedures including vital signs, injections, and IV therapy administration
- Monitor patients during and after treatments
- Maintain accurate documentation and support follow-up

IV Therapy & Specialized Treatments
- Administer IV infusions (vitamin therapy, NAD+, hydration, recovery, etc.) - strong IV experience is required
- Assist with and support a variety of advanced wellness treatments (red light therapy, CVAC, PEMF)

Aesthetic & Cosmetic Services
- Administer various injectable treatments under physician supervision
- Perform radiofrequency and thermal energy skin rejuvenation treatments (based on licensure)
- Support non-surgical weight loss and wellness programs through patient education and monitoring

Patient Education & Support
- Educate patients on treatment options, expectations, and personalized wellness plans
- Provide clear pre- and post-treatment care instructions
- Communicate effectively with patients on progress, questions, and concerns

Required Skills & Experience

• Active RN or LVN/LPN license in good standing
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• IV therapy certification
• 2+ years of clinical experience
• Strong hands-on IV placement and injection experience
• Experience in aesthetics, med spa, wellness, or outpatient setting preferred
• Interest in integrative medicine is a plus
• Excellent communication and patient-facing skills
• Able to work independently while collaborating closely with the physician
