Job Description

The B2B Team Manager will lead an Insight Global client’s U.S. B2B operations with a primary focus on food wholesale distribution. This role is responsible for executing B2B strategy on the ground, managing key accounts, driving revenue growth, and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations while partnering closely with a Korea‑based B2B planning and strategy team.

Key aspects of the role include:


Own day‑to‑day execution of B2B sales, account management, and food distribution operations across wholesale, food service, and distribution channels


Manage and grow existing wholesale and distribution accounts, including house accounts, pricing discussions, and ongoing business reviews


Execute B2B sales activities tied to pricing strategy and profitability targets


Support expansion into English‑speaking B2B clients and new revenue opportunities


Serve as the primary U.S. point of contact for onboarding, execution, and follow‑through on new food distribution partnerships


Lead daily B2B operations and directly manage a B2B Account Assistant Manager responsible for wholesaler support, customer communication, documentation, and order coordination


Partner cross‑functionally with sales, logistics, purchasing, operations, finance, marketing, and Korea‑based stakeholders to ensure efficient order flow and strong customer experience


Monitor sales performance, account growth, and profitability; prepare forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reporting


Participate in client meetings, industry networking, and business development activities to support ongoing growth

Required Skills & Experience

8+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development.

Hands‑on experience working in food distribution or wholesale environments.

Demonstrated ability to manage and grow customer accounts.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Experience executing pricing‑driven B2B sales strategies.

Fluency in both Korean and English.

Comfort working cross‑functionally and cross‑culturally with Korea‑based teams.

Experience preparing forecasts, pipeline reporting, and sales performance metrics.

Experience managing or mentoring junior team members.
